Anny Dow is a product leader passionate about human-centered design. She is the co-founder and chief product officer at Mona.

Before Mona, Anny was a senior product manager at Headspace, where she led the evolution of the coaching product and scaling of mental health services globally. She has launched new products across industries, from expanding inclusive AI services at Microsoft to streamlining healthcare benefits for small businesses at Gusto. Anny holds an MBA from Stanford GSB and a BS in Cognitive Science from Yale College.
